Privacy Policy for FlowSpace

Effective date: September 20, 2026
Developer: Black and Blue

FlowSpace is an Android launcher, focus timer, app-limit, and device-automation app published by Black and Blue (“FlowSpace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what the app accesses, what may leave your device, and the choices available to you.

FlowSpace does not require an account. We do not sell personal data or show advertising. The audited version does not include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or another general-purpose product analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

1. Information processed on your device

FlowSpace processes the following information locally to provide features you choose:

This locally processed information is not sent to a Black and Blue server.

2. Information sent to service providers

Some optional or operational features use third-party services.

Google Play Billing and RevenueCat

FlowSpace uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to offer and manage FlowSpace Pro. These services may process purchase history, purchase tokens, subscription status, an anonymous RevenueCat app-user identifier, app and device or operating-system information, and network information such as an IP address. FlowSpace does not provide them with your name, email address, contacts, or locally stored focus activity.

This information is used to display, verify, restore, secure, support, and measure purchases and subscriptions. Payment-card and billing-address handling is performed by Google Play, not FlowSpace. Data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy, Google Play Terms, and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Place Routines, map tiles, and geocoding

When you use a Place Routine, Google Play services may process precise location to register and deliver geofence events under Google’s privacy terms.

When you open the place picker, OpenFreeMap infrastructure receives ordinary network request data, including your IP address and the map area being viewed, to render an OpenStreetMap-based map. When you search for a place or move the map to label its center, the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s Nominatim service receives the search text or coordinates, your IP address, preferred language, and an app-identifying user agent. See OpenFreeMap, the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy, and the Nominatim usage policy.

Downloadable font

FlowSpace requests the Manrope font through Google Play services. Google may receive ordinary request and device information needed to deliver the font under the Google Privacy Policy.

Support email

If you choose to contact support, your email provider and ours process the message and any information you include. FlowSpace pre-fills app version, Android version, API level, device manufacturer, and device model to help diagnose the problem; you can edit the message before sending it. Do not include passwords, receipts, precise location, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

3. Permissions and your choices

FlowSpace asks for access only when it is needed for a feature or when you choose to enable it. Depending on the feature, this may include Usage Access, Display Over Other Apps, Notification Access, Accessibility, foreground and background location, installed-app visibility, phone state, nearby devices, physical activity, Do Not Disturb, system-setting access, exact alarms, NFC, wallpaper, foreground services, or notifications.

You can revoke access in Android Settings. Revoking access disables the features that depend on it. Accessibility and broad installed-app visibility support FlowSpace’s launcher, app selection, focus protection, App Timers, and user-created Routines; they are not used for advertising, profiling, or remote monitoring.

4. Retention, security, and deletion

Local data is protected by Android’s application sandbox. FlowSpace disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for its private app data. Local data remains until you clear FlowSpace storage or uninstall the app. Either action deletes the app’s local database, preferences, saved wallpaper copies, and other private files.

Google Play, RevenueCat, Google Play services, OpenFreeMap, Nominatim, and email providers keep information according to their own legal, fraud-prevention, security, and operational requirements.

To request help identifying or deleting information associated with FlowSpace’s anonymous RevenueCat identifier, email developer@blackandblue.co.in with the subject FlowSpace privacy request. We may need information from the app or a purchase record to locate the relevant identifier. Some purchase records may need to be retained by Google, RevenueCat, or Black and Blue where required by law, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

5. Children’s privacy

FlowSpace is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service used by FlowSpace, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Google Play currently lists ages 13–15 among FlowSpace’s target audience. This policy statement does not by itself establish compliance with every child-privacy or Google Play Families requirement in every country. Black and Blue must complete the applicable legal and Play review before publishing to minors.

6. International processing and users in India

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe their processing locations and safeguards.

Users in India may contact the Grievance Officer at developer@blackandblue.co.in with the subject FlowSpace grievance. Black and Blue will respond according to applicable Indian law. The publisher must add the Grievance Officer’s legal name, postal address, and any other legally required particulars before relying on this paragraph for statutory compliance.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing when appropriate.

8. Contact

For privacy or deletion requests, email us. Do not post purchase identifiers, location, or other sensitive information in a public issue.
